ATT Uverse is the best product out there. My wife and I were fed up with Qwest after they reduced our programs and the net was down for long periods of time. There was news about U-Verse back in May 2007 and resolved to hold off some time to change over to Att Uverse while they fixed their kinks in Los Angeles.
So the installer finally came at 3:30 PM, about 2 hrs late, and he tried hooking stuff up but claimed our crawl space had rodents which it absolutely does not. So he advised us that another installer would come the following day.

The following morning I could not be there but my father was andinstaller number 2 could not do the install and had my pop do it. After all this mess I called U-Verse and they gave us a nice discount.
The Internet is quick and we are very near to the junction so we are able to get the faster performance. I can already differentiate from Time Warner the pages. It seem to load swifter and we don’t go down or need to unplug and re plug the router and modem. On our cable we always lost our DNS signal.

You can also visit any Starbucks and use the internet for free. For me this was a huge selling point. I’m always out with my laptop so this rocks. TV Service is great and I am in love with the DVR. You can record up to 4 shows at one time during the same time period. We currently have the 200 Channel Package with digital only channels. We do not need any more programs currently. Also, If you have an ATT cell phone you can also hook up your shows from there. The installation was horrible but overall we’ve been happy with ATT Uverse.
