Golf Weight Training
Golf weight training involves certain exercises and routines that specially designed to help improve your fitness and your game. Not all routines will suit every golfer as everyone is an individual, however each individual will need to incorporate exercises that include all of their muscles. A golf swing is a full body movement and this means that golf weight training needs to incorporate exercises that take account of this. Many golf fitness programs are designed with the golf swing in mind and this demands a specific set of muscle strengthening exercises, which are quite different from some of the exercises that body builders use. By doing weight training exercises through a full range of motion your muscles are put into a stretch with each repetition and by strengthening them, they are less prone to injury while doing stretching exercises. This next myth is probably the most common one by far. Many women think that if they lift weights they will develop big muscles and look bulky and unfeminine. Keep adding on a slight amount of weight after every set until the exercise becomes demanding, though you should ensure that you still reach eight to ten reps before muscle failure. This way, you determine your ideal training weight, which can then be used in subsequent sessions after the initial warm up set. The training weight should neither be too heavy nor too easy.Things like muscular endurance doesn apply much to these athletes. Football players mainly need explosive power and quickness as well, with habitually long rest periods in between plays allowing players ample time to recover, and usually players don have to have much concern with maintaining a particular body weight.Photo Contests
